Purpose Statement
To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to me on behalf of my clients, my profession and my firm.
Roger chose this purpose statement because it summarizes what he believes in and what the firm strives to accomplish each day. By being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to me, I strive to do the following:

- Tailor services to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Provide services in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
- Look for opportunities to provide value to my clients.
- Be a good listener and communicator.
- Communicate in a manner that simplifies complex information.
- Look for innovative ways (within proper regulations) to meet my client's needs.
